I worked at samsung everland
It was hard to me but it was very interested.

- Yes, I have. I worked at MVG lounge in Lotte department store.
I had hard times when I first started the work since it was my first part time job ever. However, I learned service mind ship and I became to like working in a service field. I think this experience will make me a strong candidate as a flight attendant.
3.What hours can you work?
- Maybe, I always hard to working and need to srength.

- I think international staff have languages skills and broaden their views.
So, I first want to focus on knowing and understanding their culture and study hard to languages.

That's why I decied to work in a MVG lounge of Lotte department store. I learned how to satisfy customers needs and unexpected situations. Also, I study English and Japanese. I always keep smile and service mind.

My major is Department of Air Travel Services in JEI University.
So, I had acquired the basic knowledge of service attitude.
2. What work experience do you have?
Yes I have a work experience.
I worked at Paris Baguette for 6 month as cashier.
It was hard at the beginning. But gradually, It was fun.
Because I was able to meet a variety of people.
Customers had to "thank you." for something as trivial. And Every time I do. I was very happy. I worked in a small bakery, But I was able to learned about nature of Service and speedfulness.
So this experience was help me to understand the mind of customer.

Because I have 3 strengths.
First, I'm sociable. So I can easily talk to people that I have first met.
Second, I have integrity. I have never been absent during my school days. I do my best to do my task and I make an effort to work it out. I was recognized by my classmates and elected as a member of class manager.
Lastly, I'm healthy. I do jump rope everyday and hot yoga 3 times a week. It is very helpful for my healthy.

I think that good cabin crew is 3 things.
First, Smile. Smile is universal language. Also flight attendant equal smile. That is expression.
Second, Physical strength. Because flight attendant do often long-time flight.
Third, English proficiency. Because cabin crew is to meet a variety of foreign passengers. So English proficiency is required to provide services.

2.What work experience do you have?
At the beginning of the school term, I worked part-time at Samsung everland as a ticket server for 3 months. So I issued admission ticket to customers visit Everland. At first ticketing is difficult but, it got used to gradually. And I learned direct customer service, service mind and ticketing skill. So I think it was very helpful experience.
3.What hours can you work?
I have strong physical strength so I can work everyday if given the time.
